Fighting Strength

Fight & Iron is a dedicated strength and conditioning class designed to build the functional power, explosive speed, and relentless endurance that fighters need — but it's open to anyone at any fitness level.

Expect a mix of heavy lifting, circuit training, plyometrics, and boxing-specific conditioning. Every session is coached and structured, so whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, you'll be challenged at the right intensity.

What a Session Looks Like

Warm Up

Dynamic movement, mobility work, and activation exercises to prep your body.

Strength

Compound lifts and functional movements — squats, presses, pulls, carries.

Conditioning

High-intensity circuits combining boxing drills with explosive bodyweight work.

04

Finisher

A brutal but rewarding burnout to empty the tank and build mental toughness.
